Refund policy
At Precious M Cleaners, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@preciousmcleaners.com. Returns should be sent to the address provided in our return instructions.
If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide a justification. As mentioned, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
